iManSys Becomes domeba: Everything You Need to Know About the Changes

Big changes have been in development and are finally here! After years of success as iManSys, our software is entering a new chapter and will now carry the name domeba. This update isn’t just about the new name and a fresh logo. It marks a significant step forward in how we support you with even better features, a streamlined user experience, and a stronger foundation for the future. This article tells you everything you need to know.

What Will Change at iManSys Now?

The name: iManSys Becomes domeba

It’s not uncommon for a software to have a different name than the company behind it. But for us, this became a challenge: half of our customers and partners knew us as domeba, while the other half only knew us as iManSys.

Until now, iManSys represented our software product, while domeba was known as the employer and software developer. With this change, we are uniting both identities under one name.

What does this mean? It’s clear: We stand fully behind our product. The values we live by as a company are the same values conveyed to other companies through our software. The domeba spirit of our employees is reflected in the product – and now also in the name.

The Logo: Original Idea with New Charm

A new name deserves a new logo! This raised a key question: Should we keep the iManSys logo, shift to the existing domeba branding, or create something completely new?

It didn’t take long to find the right course of action: The background of the domeba logo should be retained, but with a modern twist! Therefore, the dots became sleek lines, and the screen with rounded corners became a circle. The slogan is also retained from the original logo: “Everyone counts”. Because in occupational safety, absolutely everyone counts!

The Functions: Next Generation EHS and ESG Solutions

Over the next few months, the software will also be taking a big step forward. The domeba software (formerly iManSys) is evolving into a next-generation solution for EHS & ESG! This update will not only bring you completely new features and modules, but also a greater degree of customization. Nonetheless, the core functionality will remain the same, so rest assured that there won’t be any disruptive changes in your day-to-day work.

Website Design: The Merger with Fine-Tuning

Last year, we undertook a major website redesign. A lot has happened since then. With the upcoming name change, we’ve decided to merge our employer page with the product page.

As part of this update, we aim to make some additional finishing touches to give our website the sparkle and shine it deserves. We won’t reveal too much yet, but you can look forward to the new look launching in early November.

What Will Remain the Same?

Despite the major changes, we remain true to our domeba spirit. Our team is passionate about our mission to steer the world of work toward a safer and more sustainable future, together with you. The software is undergoing an evolution, but the people behind it remain the same!

Why the Changes?

The decision to make the change wasn’t easy—after all, iManSys has been with us for many years. However, our increasing internationalisation and the dynamic nature of the working world demand an update. We’re not just changing our name and logo, but ushering in the next generation of EHS and ESG. This change also deserves a visual upgrade!
