iManSys becomes domeba: Everything you need to know about the changes

Yes, you’ve read correctly: iManSys is becoming domeba! With this major step, not only are the name and logo of our software changing, but several features are as well. This article tells you everything you need to know.

What will change with iManSys now?

The name: iManSys becomes domeba

It’s not uncommon for a software to have a different name than the company behind it. But for us, it became a challenge because half of the stakeholders knew us as “domeba” and the other half as “iManSys.”

While “iManSys” described our product, the company was known as “domeba” as a software developer and employer. With this move, we are also merging the product with us as an employer.

The main message: We fully stand behind our product. The values we live by as a company are also conveyed to other companies through our software. The domeba spirit of our employees is reflected in the product – and now in the name as well.

The logo: Original idea with new charm

A new name deserves a new logo! This raised several questions: Should we go with the iManSys software logo, or should it go more in the direction of domeba’s look? Or something completely new?

It quickly became clear: The domeba background should be retained, but with a modern twist! Therefore, the dots became sleek lines, and the screen with rounded corners became a circle. The slogan is also retained from the original logo: everyone counts . Because in occupational safety, absolutely everyone counts!

The functions: Next Generation EHS and ESG Solutions

Over the next few months, the product will also be undergoing some significant changes. Our domeba software (formerly iManSys) is undergoing a major evolution! This will not only bring you completely new features and modules, but also a greater degree of customisation. However, the general functionality will remain the same, so you don’t have to worry about any major changes.

The website design: fine-tuning

We already undertook a major relaunch last year, which included a redesign of our website. A lot has happened since then. In addition, we’ve decided to merge our employer page with the product page along with the name change.

As part of this, we plan to make some adjustments to give our website the finishing touches. We don’t want to give too much away yet, but you can look forward to it! You can marvel at the new look starting in early November.

What stays the same?

Despite the major changes, we remain true to our domeba spirit. Our team is passionate about our mission to steer the world of work toward a safer and more sustainable future, together with you. The software is undergoing an evolution – but the people behind it remain the same!

Why the changes?

The decision to make the change wasn’t easy—after all, iManSys has been with us for many years. However, our increasing internationalisation and the dynamic nature of the working world demand an update. We’re not just changing our name and logo, but ushering in the next generation of EHS and ESG. This change also deserves a visual upgrade!
